Mrs Laura Fiteni-Gibson has trained with Cardiff Martial Arts since she was a teenager and now run the classes in Dinas Powys.

She currently holds a 3rd degree black belt and in 2019 won a Gold Medal at the European Taekwon-do Championships.

She's a very motivational instructor and inspires us all.
