With it’s roots in Boxing and Karate, Kickboxing as we know it began in the 1970s in the United States.
At Cardiff Martial Arts, our class is fun and physical, involving fitness, conditioning, pad-work and sparring. We bring our traditional knowledge of Taekwon-do in to the mix too, so you’ll benefit from a multiple range of skills and training methods.
