Sajo-Jirugi (7 moves, in each direction)

This exercise, is performed by 10th Kup (white belt) student and above.

Junior students under 9 years will often learn the stepping part first (10th Kup and Junior Grade 1) and then the upper body movements later (when they reach Junior Grade 2)

Sajo-Makgi (8 moves, in each direction)

This exercise is performed by 10th Kup (white belt) students and above, though we do not usually teach it to under 9s – they will learn it later.
