Stances (sogi):
- attention stance – charyot sogi
- walking stance – gunnan sogi
- walking ready stance – gunnan chunbi sogi
- sitting stance – annun sogi
- parallel stance – narani sogi
- parallel ready stance – narani chunbi sogi
Heights/levels of techniques:
- high – nopundae (technique is performed at eye level)
- middle – kaundae (technique is performed at shoulder level)
- low – najundae (technique is performed at lower abdomen level, or, at about belt level)
